Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel, kindly make an effort to reach out to me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to make arrangements for other clients accordingly.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such instances, please send me a quick text to inform me you will not be able to attend. This will help avoid a 20% fee being charged to your card, and we can reschedule for the future.
If you are going to arrive later than 15 minutes past your appointment time, there is a chance I will not be able to proceed with the service in order to ensure fairness to other clients. Please communicate!
Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
